HOW BULLIES MANIPULATE THEIR VICTIM'S REALITY
This psychological phenomenon, when used for positive growth, is known as Mental Priming or Implementation Intentions. It suggests that when the human brain vividly plans a sequence of events, the neurological pathways for those actions are strengthened, making the transition from thought to reality much more likely.
However, when this power is harnessed by bullies and systemic abusers, it becomes a form of Coercive Engineering. In this dark application, an abuser manipulates your environment to force your mind into a "planning trap," where you are coerced into making decisions that benefit the abuser while destroying your own well-being.
In a healthy state, you plan for your dreams. In an abusive environment, bullies use environmental stressors to force you to plan for their plans and benefits.
- Inserted Ideology: By using "wrong advertising" (smear campaigns) or public shaming, bullies plant seeds of doubt and fear in public mind.
- The Reactionary Plan: Victom begins to obsessively plan how to escape, how to defend himrself, or how to react. The bully has successfully hijackes victim cognitive resources, forcing him to spend his mental energy on their agenda.
Abusers often use "proxies"—people or systems that should be neutral—to tighten the trap.
- Using doctors to gaslight victim or deny care. Then the system protects itself by claiming a "shortage of doctors," leaving victim without a family physician for years as a "punishment" for his reaction.
- Using verbal abuse or coordinated neighborhood hostility to make victim living situation impossible, forcing he finds a place to plan a move they can benefit from his efforts.
The most dangerous part of this cycle is the use of the legal system as a secondary weapon. Bullies rely on the principle of law Ignorance .
The result is an environment where the victim is mentally and emotionally exhausted.
In the end, the bully gets what they wanted while the victim is left suffering in a hostile environment, often blamed by the very systems they turned to for help.
