ADDRESS, DON`T ERASE

Throughout my career as an engineer, construction employee, and writer, I've encountered numerous challenges. In such situations, we'd joke that if a solution couldn't be found, we'd simply remove or delete the issue. However, For two decades, I've experienced widespread injustice, neglect, and disregard across multiple sectors, perpetuated by management structures.

Instead of investigating problems and listening to victims, these institutions often opted to disregard and delete the issues, pretending they never occurred. This alarming trend has left those who are looking for justice  and seeking accountability frustrated and hopeless.
