SOFT/ HARD SKILLS AND SYSTEMATIC INJUSTICE

In the modern century, where both soft skills (like communication and emotional intelligence) and hard skills (like technical expertise) are essential for career advancement and securing desirable positions, a troubling phenomenon has emerged.

 * Abusive Tactics for Perceived Dominance: Certain individuals attempt to manufacture an abusive or unpleasant environment. Their goal is often to provoke others into reacting with anger or distress, thereby showcasing themselves—through contrast—as the dominant personalities. They equate creating a hostile atmosphere with possessing strong or unique soft skills.

 * Skill Theft and Imposter Syndrome: Another group seeks to gain an advantage by avoiding the effort of true learning. They resort to copying and stealing the hard skills and work of others. By appropriating the achievements of their peers, they attempt to project an image of superior knowledge and capability.

I have personally endured a prolonged period of being targeted by these individuals:

 * Professional Undermining: My work has been copied, and I have faced false accusations that portray me as uninformed or lacking knowledge.

 * Emotional and Social Harassment: I have been intentionally surrounded by abusers whose sole purpose is to undermine my happiness and pleasant demeanor.

 * Social Isolation and Exclusion: I have been deliberately eliminated from social gatherings and networking opportunities so that the bullies can take control of the soft skills advantage, using it to further isolate and marginalization.

Compounding this situation is the disheartening fact that injustice appears to be deeply ingrained and widely enabled. The issue extends beyond the immediate bullies, involving what seems to be a systemic failure where law enforcement, courts, doctors, lawyers, and the general public are complicit. This alleged involvement even extends to the use of public communication systems like radio and television for verbal abuse, apparently to promote the supposed soft or hard skills of the aggressors at the expense of those they are targeting.
