Instead, they'll guide you towards "chosen- International " archives or interviews that suit their narrative. Ultimately, it's a subtle yet effective way to silence an author, leaving no direct evidence of their manipulation.

The manipulation extends far beyond language, reaching into every aspect of an author's life. Bullies can prevent you from attending virtual events by intentionally changing dates, times, or formats—such as converting a live meeting to a pre-recorded broadcast—to ensure you can't interact with anyone. This is done to eliminate you from discussions or to simply control your ability to speak.

This abusive behavior and control even intrude on simple social interactions. Bullies may spread rumors, labeling you as "dangerous" or "a snitch," to discourage anyone—even a neighbor or a stranger—from having a friendly conversation with you. This intense control and abusive behavior can permeate every part of your life, from court proceedings to human rights organizations and beyond.
