THE COST OF "PERSONALITY "

In today's world, personality is often championed as a crucial soft skill, vital for effective communication and building relationships. However, some individuals tragically twist this understanding, using their charisma as a shield after engaging in bullying, harassment, and defamation. They inflict emotional and mental abuse, then attempt to dismiss their actions with a laugh, a joke, or a charming demeanor, believing their victims will simply forget the trauma. They falsely assume their "personality" can whitewash their lack of hard skills or accountability, effectively completing their harmful agenda unnoticed.

The harsh reality is that nothing is truly forgotten or forgiven simply because an abuser decides to "play nice." While victims may react to a superficial display of kindness, years of abuse and bullying leave deep, lasting scars that no amount of charm can erase.

True healing and resolution can only begin when those who have caused harm admit their mistakes, genuinely ask for forgiveness, and face appropriate consequences. This is precisely why law and justice exist. If simply displaying a pleasant personality could absolve years of abuse, there would be no need for courts, lawyers, police, or judges. The very foundation of a just society rests on the principle that harmful actions have repercussions, and accountability is paramount.
