BEYOND JOB FEARS- AI

AI's role in today's world is undeniably significant. It's assisting many jobs, making them better, easier, and faster, and its future impact is unimaginable.

Many workers across various j categories are concerned about losing their jobs to AI. No one knows exactly what the future holds, just like years ago when cellphones rapidly replaced many other tools like computers and TVs. However, as we've seen, many people still prefer watching cable TV or using desktop computers over using a cellphone. While this group might be small, they've made a decision to stick with what they prefer.

AI has a similar dynamic. Many people are adopting AI for faster, better results, while others prefer traditional approaches. What's difficult to understand is being against a new technology that can facilitate our lives simply out of fear of job loss. It's completely understandable that losing a job can be one of the worst things to happen to someone. However, bullying those who use AI, sabotaging their work, or harassing and spreading misinformation about them won't help those who are scared of this technology.

How many individuals can you control? How long can you sabotage an improved technology that's rapidly moving forward? How long can you pretend your skills aren't replaceable? How many victims can you silence through harassment to "prove" you're doing a better job? In summary, fighting against technology might offer temporary satisfaction, but using bullying, abuse, and harassment to stop this technology won't work.

Unfortunately, there's even a group that believes, through bullying, they can make someone abandon AI and revert to old-fashioned methods. This level of attack and abuse, however, is actually proof of AI's success in various types of work. Therefore, fighting with those who use AI won't get you anywhere; it just shows this technology is so worthwhile that you'd spend time using all bullying methods to fight with those who believe in AI.
