Italy trip was a struggle! spening evry day walking on street and climbing stairs, - exhausted !
Last night the tour guide took us on a grueling walk instead of a ride, and the heat was unbearable. We even got lost between boat stations, missed our bus, and had to take a city bus and walk for hours to get back to the hotel around midnight.
Slovenia was a nice change of pace - modern country, beautiful hotel, and an amazing visit to the Postojna Cave 100 meters underground. But after 8 days of walking 5-6 hours daily in extreme weather, I'm practically dead on my feet.
