PSYCHOLOGICAL ABUSE

 Living in an abusive environment can have severe and long-lasting effects on mental health. The constant need to explain and justify oneself to strangers, bullies, or even family members can be draining and exhausting.

Chronic stress, anxiety, and feelings of hypervigilance can become a norm, making it challenging to maintain a sense of safety and well-being. The emotional toll of domestic abuse can be devastating, and it's essential to recognize the signs and seek help.

However occasional accusations or curiosity might not be a significant concern, but when it becomes a persistent pattern, it's a red flag indicating domestic abuse.
