THE DIGITAL CORROSION -A WARNING TO HOLLYWOOD

There was a time when show business was truly entertaining. After a long, demanding day, watching a movie, a TV series, or a short film was a way to recover and refresh. In the era of live cable TV, there was a sense of shared culture and curated quality. However, as the industry shifted from live broadcasts to digital uploads, a dark undercurrent emerged.

Today, it appears there are individuals behind the scenes of major platforms—YouTube, Netflix, Amazon, and others—who are strategically uploading specific content to sabotage families, cultures, and successful businesses. This is no longer just about entertainment; it is about misinformation. I have observed a disturbing trend where actors and actresses are cast specifically because they resemble real-life successful individuals or families. This is done to:

  • Transfer misleading messages to unsuspecting audiences.

  • Devalue the reputation of targeted private citizens.

  • Corrode cultural values through strategic character assassination.

As a writer and a person who has personally been targeted by these false narratives through radio, TV, and media, I am issuing a warning to directors, producers, and studio executives:

Your high-class work and appropriate messages are being overshadowed. The content that 90% of the public consumes on non-live platforms is increasingly filled with "poisoned" advertising and misleading subtext. While I am a fan of the arts—and someone who once found healing in movies and music—I see that many now use these same tools to destroy.

This movement did not happen overnight. I warned years ago that this would curl inside our culture and slowly corrode it from within. It has now become a standard part of our telecommunication system. Whether it is a talk show, a game show, or a music video, there is a persistent stream of misinformation aimed at the younger generation.

The Responsibility of the Creator: Your job does not end when the filming stops or the movie is released. You must monitor:

  1. How your productions are being presented to the public.

  2. Where your content is being placed.

  3. How your business and reputation are being impacted by those who use your art as a shield for psychological warfare.

We must reject the idea that entertainment should be a tool for institutionalized isolation or personal sabotage. It is time to return to the integrity of the screen.
