STOP THE SPECULATION- MY WORK IS PROFESSIONAL
I am addressing a troubling trend I've observed when discussing flaws within the legal system, specifically concerning separation and divorce.
Unfortunately, when I highlight significant legal shortfalls and flaws, some authorities and commentators attempt to shift the blame onto the affected party—often the victim—or attribute the resulting injustice to their alleged personal motives. A particularly egregious and, frankly, unbelievable claim is that a party who fails to obtain their full rights through a flawed legal process is doing so because they are secretly "interested in getting back to their ex."
This argument is logically absurd. If someone genuinely wishes to reunite with their former spouse, they don't need to manipulate or rely on defects in the law; they simply need to communicate and reconcile.
As a writer who regularly posts my professional observations and opinions, I have personally been subjected to this exact accusation: that my posts shedding light on major legal deficiencies are merely a veiled attempt to signal that I want my ex back.
I have no idea how illuminating one of the biggest legal flaws leads anyone to draw conclusions about my desire for reconciliation. I want to make it unequivocally clear: My personal life is completely separate from my professional commentary and my business.
When I publish material—whether it's a direct response to readers, a correction of misleading information in the media, or an observation on telecommunication practices—my posts are either professionally researched commentary or a writer's honest opinion. They have absolutely nothing to do with getting back together with an ex-spouse or using my platform to send any personal messages.
Furthermore, I must address another recurring and equally baseless accusation: that the motivation and ideas for writing my books originate from my family, friends, neighbors, or even strangers.
I emphasize here, for another year, month, week, and day, that I am the sole owner of my books' ideas and motivation. No one—except me, the owner and author—was or is involved in the conceptualization and writing of my work.
