NO DEPOSIT CHANCES

There are millions of first-time homebuyers who are unable to put down a deposit, lack sufficient RRSP funds, are unemployed, or cannot borrow due to outstanding tuition fees.

In such situations, many young people rely on their parents or partners for financial assistance with deposits. However, how is the government supporting those who do not have parental support or are in relationships where both partners are struggling financially? As their debts accumulate alongside rental payments, their chances of owning a home diminish.

Isn't it time for the government to address these circumstances?
