NOT EVERYONE COULD BE A MEETING ORGANIZER

 As a business man and woman we attend in a verity of meetings even if we know it won’t be very pleasant but business ethics dictates “ Must go “.

Many of us experienced the time bosses or higher position holders are crossing the line because of high volume works and pressure but what we do not expect is an organizer question a guest or attendee for lack of her skills in organizing a meeting , registration, issuing name tags or sometimes not working their online websites properly. 

Usually when a critical position talk over an attendee or blames him, apologize afterward if he knows was a mistake or unnecessary but when an organizer discriminates , covers her mistakes by crossing the line , we don’t have to take it , simply leave the meeting to let them know an organizer job is making guests feel comfortable in a professional work environment not crossing the line .

Unfortunately we are witnessing many unsupervised meetings claiming are business related in Toronto and GTA .

The question is how long we should suffer from post pandemic consequences.
