OUR VALUES, INTEREST AND LOVES ARE NOT WEAKNESSES

 An interviewer might ask about candidate weaknesses and strengths,  the reason behind those questions perhaps is specific needs of Manger at the time of hiring .

Unfortunately sometimes definition of weaknesses and strength mixed up by what we like or don’t like about candidates. 

However it could have political roots but digging in someone life to find what is her interst,  what she likes or who she cares about and considering them as her weaknesses or forcing her to change her values , intersts or people she cares about not only is not defined as turning weakness to strength but also consider harassment and emotional abuse .
