EXPOSING UNETHICAL BUSINESSES RETALIATION
It is an unfortunate reality that some businesses fail to operate with the level of professionalism and ethical standards that customers rightly expect. A recurring issue is a notable lack of customer service across a group of businesses.
While every business naturally has areas for improvement, and striving to fix those weaknesses is normal and necessary, a concerning trend emerges: instead of addressing mistakes, some businesses actively seek to take revenge on anyone who points out their flaws or advocates for better customer treatment.
As a writer and blogger, I have personally faced this type of threatening, harassment, and retaliatory behavior for a significant period. My usual process is to seek a resolution directly with the business owner first, and failing that, escalate to a manager. Regrettably, instead of offering an apology or fixing the issue, the response often involves shouting, insults, or an attempt to turn the blame onto me.
When I take the complaint further, the situation often escalates dramatically. These businesses sometimes leverage their influence within other companies. If I object to the poor customer service or unethical behavior of one establishment, I subsequently face abuse and threats—physically, mentally, and emotionally—at a completely separate business, often having done nothing to provoke the encounter there.
As a writer and blogger, I am committed to documenting this pattern of harassment on my platform. My goal is to expose these unethical businesses and put a definitive stop to bullying and unprofessional conduct once and for all.
