LOOKS VS. CHARACTER

I recall a time when there were competitions among mothers to find the best mom, similar to beauty pageants. Back then, ratings were based on how well mothers raised their kids and their accomplishments. Sometimes, the number of successful kids they raised was also considered.

However, over time, the criteria have changed. Unfortunately, in many cases, the "best mom" or "best daughter" is now often judged based on physical appearance, age, relationships, and connections.

I believe that a mother's beauty has no relation to her parenting skills. While physical appearance can be attractive, it shouldn't be the basis for evaluating someone's character or accomplishments.

The emphasis on physical appearance in advertising, media, and telecommunications has led many people to undergo cosmetic surgery to feel attractive and visible.

I think it's essential to recognize that physical appearance is only one aspect of a person. We should focus on evaluating individuals based on their skills, accomplishments, and character, rather than just their looks.

By doing so, we can promote a more inclusive and diverse society that values character over superficiality.
