How can we trust that our personal information shared with authorities, medical professionals, and psychologists remains safe and confidential?

The concept of reasonable doubt in criminal cases can sometimes be manipulated, as seen in TV episodes like Law & Order, where a psychologist uses patient information against her and took over of her life, husband and patient was sent to mental hospital labled as crazy .

In another episode, two sisters worked together both played guilty and went free based on reasonable doubt. 

I personally faced with leaking my personal information and injustice result of guilty playing .

However it should have stopped ages ago but we are witness of injustice,  manulpulation and accusations just for a competition game between men and women,  married and single , with or without kids and other differences. 

Is law still mute ?
