THE BULLY'S PLAY BOOK
One of the bully's techniques is to mentally and emotionally abuse their victim, creating a toxic environment. During long-term harassment, they not only try to convince others that they're doing a favor to the victim but also attempt to persuade the victim that they care about her.
Bullies claim their actions, such as isolation, spreading rumors, and manipulation, are meant to "protect" the victim. However, many victims understand and feel the harassing environment, but some individuals come to believe they can't live without the constant surveillance, rumors, and manipulation.
Victims feel no one else cares about them. This is precisely what long-standing abuse does to the victim – she loses her identity and independence, believing she can't live without her bully. This cycle of abuse continues indefinitely.
Bullies, often struggling with psychological disorders, threaten their victims by claiming they'll stop their attention and spying if the victims don't comply. Through financial and emotional pressure, they attempt to convince their victims that they won't survive without their supervision, further entrenching their control.
Since bullies are mentally unstable, they try to find ways to make their victim feel guilty or cover up their long-term harassment. They create scenarios and stick to them to mislead the public and divert attention from the truth.
In this bullying tactic, they may even attempt to insert people who look like someone from victim's past or even media or book characters into their victim's life, portraying them as part of an inappropriate relationship, financial supporter, or even law enforcement personnel. This allows the bully to feel better about themselves while concealing their prolonged abuse, which is often neglected by the law.
Ironically, those who enable or participate in the bully's games often become their next victims, unaware of the the trap .
