SOFT, HARD AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

 World is facing a new development by the name of  artificial intelligence, that has the potential to take over hard and soft skills .

While for years we have been witnessing the creation of separate departments , divisions and even competition among those who believe in pure educational intelligence or hard skills and those who are fans of soft skill or emotional intelligence this new improvement could be an end to both groups .

In some countries hard skills are a priority while those with soft skills and emotional intelligence are trying to take over high positions . However in most successful firms and companies those with both skills are given critical roles .

In this competition each group calls another side weak , demanding , flexible, power, capable, serious , rigide and many other good and ugly labels which lead to lower productivity , discrimination and conflict of interest .

We should thank those who have been working on artificial intelligence to put an end to these types of unnecessary unfair competitions. Maybe AI could pick employees based on combinations of hard and soft skills as basic .
