APPROPRIATE JUSTICE
• Based on Cornell Law school “ Justice is the ethical, philosophical idea that people are to be treated impartially, fairly, properly, and reasonably by the law and by arbiters of the law, that laws are to ensure that no harm befalls another, and that, where harm is alleged, a remedial action is taken - both the accuser and the accused receive a morally right consequence merited by their actions .”
Clearly justice is not based on race, apprances, gender, nationality, where you born or how you live , you are owner or tanent, deal with your problem strongly or crying , defend yourself or begging to others , you are independent or lean on someone, smiling or making angry faces, you are calmn or aggressive and ….This list goes on and on .
We see on most courthouse is a person who blindfolded and holding a scale , exactly for the same definition of justice
Justice doesn’t look you see if he likes or doesn’t like you to give you your rights , he judges based on truth and evidences and it is what is called “ Apropriate “ and “ Justice “.
