When interviewer asks you what is your weaknesses and strengths we were told focus mostly on our strenghts and make interviewer sure we are working on our weaknesses convert them to our strengths.
Unfortunately they are a group who by sabetaging this interview routine use your loved ones and whatever you are sensitive to as your weaknesses and by humulation, abuse and force expect you change them to your strenghts the way you do not care anymore or they are worthless.
In this abusive senario is not clear target is interview process or taking advantage of your interstes and values such as privacy, family, relationship, job, money, time management, civilization, and Human Rights!
