TABLE EDGES

 Perhaps you have heard about how some day you are this side of table another day that side which clearly is pointing not using your power and money against that side in unfair and inappropriate way.

This expression like other idioms has a history that presents relation between power and responsibility. 

Unfortunately they are a group who as soon as holding power or money or for some reason table turns to their benefits misuse it and try to take revenge for those time were another side of table. 

A quick glance to a receptionist who became her boss manger , a cleaner who became business owner, a kid who became his parents care giver , an employee who is hired by her employer competitors, a secretary who is elected as pm , a drugs salesperson who promoted to pharmacist, a minority group who turn to majority, a student who is hired as her teacher boss ....are a few samples of how their backgrounds and personalities make them a good pick or just advantage to a corrupted system.
