ONCE A CHEATER ALWAYS A CHEATER

Sponsoring a spouse through marriage is one of the common ways to apply for a Green Card. Cheating the government has a long history, and scam applications have been in process for years. Over time, cheaters have learned to copy, spy, and know every detail about a citizen’s life to cover some tricky questions in interviews, such as “What is your spouse’s toothbrush color?”, “What shampoo does she use?”, “Which side of the bed does she sleep on?”, and other questions that you would only know if you lived with that person.

Unfortunately, this method of cheating has extended to spouses who pretend they are in contact with their wives or have even met and lived with them after separation or divorce by spying and sometimes using family and children to learn every detail of the wife’s life.

In these scenarios, two questions arise: How do the government and justice system plan to stop these types of cheating?
